“What actually happens after I submit?”
A founder reads it and replies within two business days. There is no sales layer, no qualification call with someone who then hands you off.
If you named a role, that reply already includes how we would scope the labs for it.
“What does being a design partner cost?”
Nothing during the partnership. We ask for one live technical role and roughly two hours of your time over two weeks.
General pricing comes with launch, and partners get early-access terms.
“Do I need a role open right now?”
For a founding spot, yes. The labs are built around a real role, so there needs to be one to build against.
If you are not hiring yet, choose “Not hiring yet” and we will email you once when access opens.
“Do I have to replace my ATS?”
No. Recio runs alongside it: bring a role in, export the shortlist and reports as CSV or PDF, or share a report link.
Direct connectors and SSO are on the near-term roadmap.
“How is candidate data handled?”
Candidate identity and consent are captured up front, data is kept isolated per organization, and every interview keeps its transcript and evidence so decisions stay reviewable.
