Why Recio exists
Candidates still get the same coding drills companies have leaned on for a decade, while the job changes underneath them. The engineer who just writes code is giving way to the engineer who architects systems and directs AI to build them. Most hiring processes can't see that shift yet.
Recio was started to build the interview for where the work is going, not where it was. It reads a candidate the way a seasoned engineering manager would, weighing judgment, trade-offs, and real-world skill, without a human needing to sit in every first round.
